ACCEPTANCE

You Are Not Broken

Trauma doesn’t ask permission.

It arrives uninvited, reshaping the landscape of your life.

But healing—healing is a rebellion.

It’s choosing softness in a world that hardened you.

It’s waking up and saying, “I’m still here,” even when your soul feels threadbare.

Self-acceptance isn’t a finish line.

It’s a daily practice of meeting yourself where you are.

Not where you “should” be.

Not where others expect you to be.

But right here—in the mess, in the beauty, in the truth.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

And every scar is a sentence in your story,

written in the ink of survival.
